The White King

Djata is a care-free 12-year-old growing up in a brutal dictatorship shut off from the outside world. After his father is imprisoned by the state, Djata and his mother are forced to navigate a terrible world they call home, filled with damaging propaganda and vicious gangs, in order to reunite their family.
